My latest projects
Driving AI adoption through product-led growth
I led the design of the AI trial opt-in flow for Diligent Boards. AI features already existed in the product, but adoption was low. The goal was to let customers discover, try, and adopt AI directly in the product while respecting the sensitivity of regulated industries.

Evolving Secure File Sharing toward a Virtual Data Room solution
I led the design of three interconnected features that helped Diligent win major enterprise clients and expand Secure File Sharing into high-value, confidential transaction use cases.

Enhancing the AI experience in board management
I refined the user experience of GovernAI’s core features to make AI-assisted meeting preparation, summarization, and content creation more transparent, intuitive, and efficient for board professionals.

I’m Fru, a Budapest-based Product Designer at Diligent. I craft experiences that help leaders make well-informed decisions in highly regulated environments like governance and compliance. Over the past few years, I’ve led end-to-end design for enterprise SaaS products at Diligent from secure data room solutions to AI-powered governance tools used by board members, executives, and administrators worldwide.
Before that, I worked in marketing agencies, freelanced as a web designer, and after discovering UX in 2018, spent more than a year at a UX agency. I joined Diligent in 2021 as a Junior Designer and was recently promoted to Staff role.
My core values are conscientiousness, honesty, and reliability. I’m a function-driven designer and a strong advocate for user research. I believe great UX is the most profitable path for any business, and product design plays a crucial role to builds trust, drive value, strengthens collaboration across disciplines. I strive for clarity, simplicity, and purpose, understanding problems at their core and designing with care.
